Autumn 2025 is an intense season of encounters between VANK and the world of architecture and design.
Our products can be seen at several international events united by a common idea: sustainable development, innovative materials, and bold forms.

One of the highlights of our autumn journey is Budapest, where the historic Kiscelli Museum hosts the 21st edition of the international exhibition Design Without Borders (DWB).
The event is part of Budapest Design Week and every year attracts creators, curators, and design enthusiasts from across Europe.

This year’s edition focuses on Polish and Dutch design, featuring works by over 230 artists from 18 countries. Among them are two VANK projects that embody the idea of Circular Can Be Funky, proving that sustainable design can be expressive and full of energy.

  • VANK_SCREEN_BIO is a mobile acoustic screen made from flax and hemp biomaterial. It combines natural aesthetics with acoustic comfort.
  • VANK_PEEL is a lounge chair whose seat shell is crafted in innovative 3D plywood technology with natural veneer. It reflects the reduce principle, designing with respect for resources.

Design Without Borders is more than a showcase of contemporary design. It is also a space for dialogue about the role of design in building a better future.
VANK, as a brand developing the idea of the circular economy, demonstrates that sustainable design can go hand in hand with expression, colour, and bold form. It is a story of conscious creation that engages emotions, stimulates imagination, and encourages reflection on responsibility in architecture and interiors.

Circular Can Be Funky. Because sustainable design can inspire

Participation in the Budapest exhibition is another step in promoting VANK’s Circular Can Be Funky philosophy, proving that circular design is not a limitation but a springboard for creativity.
